When you book, you'll be asked for card details and will see a 1p booking fee. This penny is never charged to your card — the check simply confirms your booking is genuine. Because Hortimate Club is only for Broadstone residents, this check helps us keep our service exclusively for real local customers. Once your survey is completed you will be promoted to Club+ membership, and no card entry will be needed for most bookings.

Your free survey includes a full garden assessment, a soil test, a hedgehog detector (worth £15.95), and personalised soil and planting advice — around £49 of value, yours free as a member. You won't be charged anything for it.
