How on demand booking works

Bookings are put into a weekly holding list, and the actual day of your visit is selected according to weather and predicted slug activity — so your collection happens on a night when it will do the most good.

  1. Join the weekly holding list by booking a Sunday 17:00 slot below.
  2. We then arrange your visit for the week when conditions are right.
  3. We will text you on the morning of a planned visit. Just reply DELAY if it’s inconvenient, and we will re-arrange for a better day.

You don’t need to be there for the visit, but please make sure you let us know of any changes to garden access arrangements.
